The AI-native CRM that lives in your Google Workspace
Track clients, deals and follow-ups in Google Contacts, Tasks, Calendar and a Sheet you own. Run it by talking to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
Named after the tickler file, the classic system for never missing a follow-up. This one runs itself.
From the maker of KiteTasks, the native Google Tasks app for Mac.

Spreadsheets break. Real CRMs lock you in.
Spreadsheet CRMs break
No reminders, broken formulas, and everyone can edit everything.
Real CRMs lock your data in
And charge per user. Streak starts at $49 per user per month.
Their AI costs extra
Credits run out, and the AI only works inside their app.
How it works
Sign in with Google
Tickler creates a CRM Sheet in your Drive and uses your Contacts, Tasks and Calendar.
Connect your AI
Add Tickler as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or any MCP client.
Just ask
Pipeline, reminders, reports: ask in plain words.
Who haven't I followed up with in two weeks?
Ask for anything
Work your pipeline
Change the CRM itself
An agentic CRM: fields, pipelines, views and reminders are settings your AI can edit. There's no admin panel to learn.
A Google Workspace CRM where the data stays yours
Open the Sheet any time. It's a normal Google Sheet in your Drive, and it reads like one.
Cancel and keep everything. Your contacts, tasks, events and Sheet stay exactly where they are.
Share with your team through normal Google Drive sharing. No seats to manage.
Claude and ChatGPT already have their own Gmail connectors. Tickler gives them the CRM.
Safe to hand to an AI
Every change is logged
Your AI's edits show up in a log with one-click undo.
Big changes show a preview first
Nothing moves 43 deals without asking you.
Only the permissions it needs
A Google-verified app. Contacts, Tasks, Calendar and one Sheet. Never your email.
Every deal with no activity in 60 days. You can undo it afterwards.
An AI CRM that works with the AI you already use
No AI credits. Use the plan you already pay for.
And a web app for when you'd rather click, with board and list views.

Questions
Do I need Claude or ChatGPT?
No. The web app works without one. Your AI is the fast way to change things.
Does it work with Gmail?
Yes, through your AI's own Gmail connection. Tickler itself never needs access to your email.
Does my data train an AI?
Tickler runs no AI of its own, so it never sees a prompt or trains on anything. Your AI provider's own policy applies to what you type there.
Does it work with personal Gmail as well as Google Workspace accounts?
Yes. Sign in with either. Workspace accounts may need an admin to approve the app once.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything stays in your Google account: contacts, tasks, events and the Sheet.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Share the CRM Sheet the way you share any Drive file, and each person connects their own AI.
Why “Tickler”?
A tickler file is the old paper system for follow-ups: a set of folders, one per day, and you drop a note into the day you need to see it again. Each morning you open today’s folder. Tickler does the same for your clients, except the folders are Google Tasks and your AI does the filing.
Is there a Mac or iPhone app?
Later. The web app comes first so the whole team can open it on any device.
